Issue after upgrading to 1.3.1.

Hi Tom,
I just upgraded to v1.3.1. It first wouldn't allow it, but I followed the steps at Updating Issues (issue no. 2 - Unauthorized) and it went through.
But:
- The site seems to have sufferend some (minor) distortion -please, check the top menu-.
- I am unable to access the wp-admin site -please, check Error snapshot-. Therefore, I'm unable to fix prior distortion.
Do you have any thoughts about what happened?

Update:
- The Dashboard is already working (not really know why), so I have full access to it back again.
- Think I can fix myself the issue with top menu.
