Is this Sticky Dropdown Menu created with Generatepress

Hi guys, happy weekend!
I am looking at this website https://brewbuch.com/ build on GP and I love how this sticky header drops down/slider of all the blog posts. Is this something that can be done with GP, and if yes, could you point me in the right direction?

yeah but the menu is like a slider showcasing blog articles/menu articles? I grasp the dropdown sticky menu, but the part that captured me is the the slider effect integrated with it.
Ive seen your video how you do the "Next/Previous Blog Post header" but it is this combined menu/slider that captured my interest.

The drop-down slider of posts is not a function of GP, I'm guessing it uses some plugin to achieve this.
Since the website is using a cache plugin, I can't really tell what that plugin is.
Yes, just seen that. They use https://www.slickstream.com/ which is pretty neat.
