Is there anyway to apply one GP premium site settings to all other multisite?

I'm thinking this is impossible but... Can I setup a single site's GP premium customizer settings and apply them to all multisites? Without importing the settings?
Maybe... let us export all the GP premium settings to php and then we paste that to our child theme functions?
