Is there any setting in GP that would result in tag archives being 404s?

I thought it might be my SEO plug-in but I can’t find any setting to disable tag archives. Category archives are 404s too.
I’m guessing it’s not GP, just trying to rule out all suspects.
When I disabled the SEO plugin category archives started working but tag archives are still all 404s.
Hi there,
GP does not have control over these settings.
Maybe try to disable all plugins and activate them one by one to locate the plugin creates issue?
