Is it possible to get the blog roll on a static page?

Hi there, I made a post regarding WP Show Posts earlier but I was curious if it were possible to have this blog roll on a static page as I linked?
Instead of WP Show Posts, I would prefer if I could keep it like that.
If it's not possible, can you let me know the implications of how you implement infinite scroll? Will Google be able to crawl it like that or will it see paginated regardless?

adding a Post loop on a static page requires a plugin like WP Show Posts.
Infinite Scroll shouldn't affect indexing, although there are mixed opinions on SEO here, as the pagination still exists.
