Is it possible to create post display like this in homepage with GP & GB?

Hi there,
I want to polish my homepage and I wonder could we create list post display like this screenshot & this or not?
Let's say I want:
+ Display title in text link for specific category & can scroll like https://boatbasincafe.com/ (here)
+ Latest post with thumb & category button like https://www.spicekitchenandbar.com/ (here)

Hi there,
1. You would need to do that manually, each post list could be displayed using the Query Loop Block. Making them scrollable would require some CSS. If you have them set up we can take a look at that.
2. You could use a Block Element - Content Template:
