Is GP still using unsemantic?

Is GP still using unsemantic? If yes, any plans of switching it or If not which framework is used now?

Unsemantic is still being used: https://unsemantic.com
There are plans to replace this with Flex and possibily CSS Grid. But won't be released in the next Theme update (2.2), maybe the one after.
