iOS users unable to click mobile menu toggle

Hello.
I have confirmed that the menu toggle is unclickable for Apple users. I tried on a few different apple phones. I believe that might have happened after WordPress 5.9 or 5.9.1 update. Thank you in advance.

can you disable any optimization / cache plugins. And then clear the browser caches and retest the site
Yes, I overlooked one plugin but I found the culprit. It was "Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster" and it only happened when "Combine loaded JS (JavaScript) into fewer files" option was enabled. Weirdly it only happened on my front page. I have to look more into it.
