[Support request] installingntheme

since i have newly installed generatepress theme
first thing i have done was installing the plugin
then install theme and update license key

but in appearence it shows something like bulk options ,
background
blog colors
disable elements
sections
spacing
typography
ETC
with a tick marks and activate button on right what is the use of this
please explain breifly
