Just looked at the Woocommerce Overview video and realized there are a lot of options I don't have. When I go to customize I see only two or three Woocommerce options. It appears that GP Premium is interfering with my basic site installation. Problem is I've already done a lot of work on the site. Do I have to start over again? Do you want Admin access to my site? I haven't a clue what's going wrong.

Hi there,

Can you first confirm that you are using the latest GP premium version 1.6.2?

If so what options are you seeing?

Keep in mind that GP's Woo module is in Customizer > Layout > WooCommerce.

The options in Customizer > WooCommerce is actually from the plugin itself.

Let me know if this helps :)

Yes I'm using GP Premium 1.6.2

I have all the options enabled.

When I go to Customize, I see only four options: Store Notice, Product Catalogue, Product Images and Checkout.

There is no General tab and no extensive options for images, or columns, etc. See the attached image.

That's exactly what I was trying to say above.

The screenshot you've shown is the panel in Customizer > WooCommerce which is from WooCommerce itself.

GP's WooCommerce panel is in Customizer > Layout > WooCommerce

Terrific thanks! I should have known

No problem :)
