Hi Ray,

Site library requires connection between our servers and your site's server. Pre-made site templates not loading likely means there's something blocking this connection.

To diagnose this, we'll have to do some debugging.

Can you try disabling ALL plugins except GP Premium and see if it loads? This is to check if any plugins are causing it.

Also, could you check if our external IP is banned with your hosting?: 35.232.64.197

It may be helpful if you can provide us your webserver's IP so we can check if its blocked on our end as well.
