Installation for Katka Template Pack

Today, I purchased the Katka Template pack and was unable to install it in Wordpress. I do have a WP Live plan for assistance and reached out to them. They said the files in the Zip pack were jpg's and something else. The item needed was not included. I need to get this fixed as soon as possible.
Can you provide assistance with this?
