Hey
After the renewal of the subscription, I try to install the software on new ones, but that does not work
After I install GeneratePress in themes it indicates an error

Theme installation failed.

Hi there,
That generally means it’s already installed.
GP Premium is a plugin by the way.
I see that you checked the boxes of GeneratePress 2.2.2 & GP Premium 1.7.7 so there shouldn’t be anything you need to do at this point.
Just make sure the update is activated:
