Insert vertical menu in page content?

Hi,
how can I insert an existing menu as a vertical menu in a content?
I do not want to use sidebars or widgets.

Hi there,
easiest method would be to use the Widget Shortcode plugin. Then you can add Nav Widget wherever you want.
