insert sharethis code without installing plugins

Good Morning.
I am using Sharethis to insert the share buttons on my site.
I do not want to install a plugin because when I do it does not allow me to use Elementor and I need to deactivate it when I have to edit something.
Sharethis, gives me the option to paste a code line <div class = "sharethis-inline but I do not know how to do it.
I would like to know if it is like when the analytics code is paid.
If this is possible, I would appreciate it if you would tell me how it is done.

Not possible without a third party plugin unfortunately.
Have you checked with Elementor why its not compatible with Sharethis?
There are also lots of social share plugins out there that you can test and see if it works with Elementor.
