Insert dynamic content between blocks

Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to insert dynamic content between two blocks. I have some posts with the category "promotion", I want to add a slider post between two blocks, if there are post be published, show all posts in a slider, if no post existed, hide this, can I do that?

dynamic display conditions are only part of the Block Element - they don't apply to within the content.
So you could use Block Element to display: The top Block followed by your dynamic content:

What Block Type I should select, I guess the Hook but which Hook I should select? How about the slider function? Does GP have such a feature? How to do it?

Not exactly sure if I understand. Is the first section of your content added as a hook?
If not then there is no hook between two blocks.
GP doesn't have a slider feature built-in. My usual recommendation would be Smart Slider 3.
