Insert Content After Post Content but Before Suggested Post Navigation

I’d like to insert an opt in form at the end of my posts & pages. (I’m using the Peak design from the site library.)

Content to insert:

<hr />
<h2>Subscribe for future posts, free tutorials, and coupons</h2>
[formidable id=6]

I use Appearance > Elements > Add New > Hook (Settings > Hook > After Content / Execute Shortcodes = true)

This gets me just about where I want to be, but the post navigation at the bottom gets in the way.

I don’t expect you to write a custom hook for this, but I’m wondering if you have any recommendations?
