Incorrect featured image showing in preview screen on desktop pc

Hi, I have set a featured image next to a blog post in my dashboard, but when I go to view the image on the website on a desktop, an old, incorrect image appears.

As a side note, the correct featured image for the post does show on a mobile.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I did by going into history and deleting in Firefox.

Still the same problem I'm afraid: the old featured image is still showing. Works perfectly though on mobile.

Have you tried opening the site on another browser? or a Private Browser (that doesn't have cache).
If still a problem can you share a link to the site, you can edit your original topic and use the Site URL field for privacy.
