Incompatibility with the WPML plugin

Hi, I have a incompatibility with one of the "WPML Translation Management" plugins.
I've tried it with other themes and it works well but when I activate it with Generate Press it gives me an error screen and I can not enter WP-admin until I delete it via FTP.
How can solve it?

I ONLY EXPOSE ME AUTOMATICALLY FROM THE CONTROL PANEL AND DO NOT LET ME VOICE TO ENTER ..... FATAL ERROR

DO YOU NEED TO RE-ACTIVATE THE PLUGIN AND HAVE TO REMOVE IT VIA FTP TO SEE EROR?

What happened exactly when you activated the plugin? Just a white screen with nothing on it?

If you check your error_log file on your server, what are the most recent errors?
