Incompatibility with "quote citation" plugin

it's a plugin that displays tips randomly in a widget and here, it just doesn't display.

For example, on sidebar on homepage (but also on all pages)

It's simply not showing in the source code - this isn't something the theme can cause.

I'm also seeing 4 widgets in the sidebar now as opposed to 6 in your screenshot.

Do you have any caching plugin activated or any server/hosting level cache?

No there is no caching options for now, i'm on development, and i have reset cache hosting server too

if i use shortcode of the plugin it works but with less options, i've had this with shortcode in third position

Does the same thing happen if you use another widget area like footer widget to test?

If so can you check with the plugin support team first?

There isn't anything from the theme that is capable of blocking widget execution.
