Incompatibility between Elements and Adsense

Hi, I have a little problem.
I am creating an element with the following characteristics:
Element> Block> Element Type: Content Template
It works great, but every time I try to place an Adsense code snippet (custom html) it won't let me update or publish my item and shows me the following warning with a red background:
"The update failed. The response is not a valid JSON response."
When creating the Element without the Adsene HTML I don't have the same problem.
Is it some kind of incompatibility?

Does it work if you add the Adsense code as a custom HTML block in the page content?

I just notice I have the same problem on any entry and page on my site. :(
That basically means the code should not be added as HTML blocks.
