Include navigation in full-height

Hello,

I've set the container height to 100vh and it works, with a minor issue I'm unable to overcome. It does not take into account the navigation bar on top, and so the full-height extends past the bottom of the screen.

How do I incorporate this into the full height, or to put it differently, how do I ensure the navigation and the container block fit the entire screen precisely, irrespective of the device?
