Improving time to first byte

Hello Tom,
I am researching about how to reduce Time to first byte.
Generatepress.com is having a TTFB of 200ms which is really impressive.
Can you please give me a link to a tutorial that can help me to improve TTFB. I am getting TTFB of 900ms which is really bad.

You'll likely need to set up some sort of server caching on your server.
We're using Kinsta now, who have built in server caching.
