[Support request] Import of Awaken site gives 400 Error

Hello,
I have the latest GP and Premium plugin. I have disabled other plugins and cleared the cache. When I try to import the Awaken site I get a 400 error. I use the sucuri security/firewall package. When I click “Import” my browser console shows:

Hi there,

A 400 error is typically a permissions error – I’m willing to bet it’s your firewall preventing the content from being downloaded.

Do you get the error right away in the library, or only during a specific step?
