Images are gone

I made the switch from Genesis to Generatepress. 5 year old site with over 300 posts. Images in the media library are all grey. If I hover over them, I can see the URL and info, but no images. Also no sidebar.
I also get prompt stating "Failed to load plugin url: https://www.truckingpodcast.com/wp-content/plugins/pretty-link/js/tinymce_form.js"
I've also installed the theme on a second site, mostly my test site. No problems with that one.
I've turned off plugins one by one, updated Wordpress, cleared cache on site and browser.
The site actually look like something from 1994 right now.
Thanks in advance for any assistance
Hi there,
i am seeing a lot of 403 errors in the developer console.
Check with your host to ensure permissions are correct or if the HTAccess has got corrupted and permalinks need rebuilding.
I still don't know the issue. but it was definitely on the server side. Looking back, 2 things may have had something to do with this.
First, Although Genesis updates regularly, the child theme hadn't updated in 2 years.
Second, the Pretty Links in two sidebar ads were sources of "failed to load" errors.
The rep at Bluehost managed to clear it up.
Now I can get back to customizing the site.
Thanks for all you do.
Glad to hear you got it resolved :)
