I would like my home page images to look like how they do on https://moraisvineyards.com/ website ? how would i go about doing this. Just adding css code or would it be a plugin?

That particular site is using LayerSlider.
You could use a transform and CSS animation to do perform this with static background images, but at some point they would just come to a stop……
