Image not loading for some users?

Hi im having an issue reported that some users cant load a certain page. Its a simple page with only two images, could you suggest why this may be happening please?

Hi Chris,
It's loading properly and there's no console from the page when I check.
In this case, I can't really tell what the cause is since I can't see the issue.
Sorry for that.
