Image Not Appearing

Hi...I am stumped. My Page Hero image is not appearing. The one I want won't appear in the editor
or when I publish it. Another image I have appears in the editor but won't publish.
Could I provide you login details. This is a brand new site.
I could really use your help figuring this out. Appreciate anything you can do.

You can share any URL or login details required in the Private Information field.
Hi...I have shared a link to the home page where I am trying to create the Page Hero.
It's in the Private information box. I have also included the login information to
the back office.
This is what i see in the editor ( top ) and frontend ( bottom ) URL and logo obscurred:

Is that what we should be seeing ?

If you are not seeing the same as what David's seeing, try clear your browser cache.
I'm seeing it on mobile but away from my computer right now and will confirm I'm seeing it there when I get back to it. Appreciate your help.
