Image elements do not have explicit width and height on deleted image

Hi,
In my pagespeed tests I keep getting this recommendation (link included below) that an image does not have an explicit width or height. It is from a logo which I think i may have cropped in the customizer which is why it is appearing. I have since deleted that image and uploaded a proper image to the logo field but I still seem to get this message.
This isn't a huge issue but it is a little annoying. Do you know any reason why the pagespeed test keeps picking up the old image?
Any help is much appreciated!
Hi there,
that the Mobile Header Logo ( in customizer > layout > header ) - and the issue is the image you have selected is 404ing ( hence the preview the PSI report is not displaying the logo, and neither is it showing on my devices.
Re-upload a new logo image with a different filename to fix the logo. That will fix both problems.

Even after reading your reply I still went about re-uploading my logo about a thousand times in the site identity section wondering why it's not working!
Then had to re-read your message again that it's in the layout section!
