[Support request] Image captions not working since yesterday

Hello, I’m using the Marketer Child Theme and I guess since the WordPress update yesterday (5.3) none my image captions are as they should be – the captions show as regular text under the images while previously they showed in a smaller font in grey colour. Note that I have not made any changes to the settings.

Please help.

can you clear and disable the SG Optimizer plugin – i can currently see the captions are 13px and in grey.

Yes I tried this multiple times, did not work, had to revert to an earlier WP install, and everything works fine again. Do you think this issue is due to the newer WP release?
