Icons not displaying

Hello,
The icons on my site are not showing except for on iphone. ive tried multiple browsers but they still do not show. Can you help?

in the SVG HTML i see this:
<path fill="url(#a)"
That needs to be removed or changed to: fill="currentColor"
I am not sure where to change that?
You need to change the icon HTML which you pasted to the GB headline block's icon SVG HTML field.
