Icons in Java theme

Hi Support,
I'm using the Java theme and would like to use the svg icons (in the same style) too (visible on the
Home page), however I need slightly different icons, can you tell me where I can find the icons in this style?

Unfortunately the site author cannot recall where the icons came from.
