My icons in the above footer area only load on the homepage even tho I have it set to load everywhere, any help would be great!

Can you change the URLs of the font icon's @font-face to an absolute path?
Currently it's using relative path fonts/icomoon.eot?ldfyau.
It should be https://mismilestaging.wpengine.com/fonts/icomoon.eot?ldfyau
