Icon and navigation label font size different?

I am using the theme isles menu icons plugin with font awesome, I am looking to make the icons in my footer larger but keep the text slightly smaller as presently they change together when editing font size. I have had a look at CSS but couldnt isolate the navigation label - is there any way to achieve this?

I don't believe it can be isolated either.
Have you checked with the plugin support?
