first make sure you have the Blog Module enabled in Dashboard > Appearance > GeneratePress.
Then go to Customizer > Layout > Blog and Enable Columns.
Then set the Featured Image > Archive (tab) location to Below Title.

1. How I can adjust the width of the https://ofwmoney.org/blog/, similar to a single post .

2. Is customizer a plugin I can't see on my settings

1. If you want the entire site to have the same width, then you can set that width in the customizer:
