Iam using Artic Theme, How to Adjust Title Width and add background

Hi, I am using Artic please see my question.

1. How can adjust the width of the title same with the color red?
2. Is this posibble adding background color to Title Post

Hi Maggie,

Go to appearance > element, see if there's any block element - page hero. You should be able to edit the style there.
