I would like to use only the secondary menu location

How can I keep the main menu area empty and only use the secondary menu location as my main menu area

is there any reason for doing this ? You could just move the position of the Primary Navigation
I did that and it is exactly what I wanted. thanks
is there a way to have the theme to occupy the full screen?
