I want to display PDF svg icon on the page

Steps taken:
1. Uploaded all the pdfs
2. Created an SVG of the PDF icon
To place on the page, I used:
1. File block
2. Headline Block with icon svg
Attempted Gallery and Image blocks but can't use the svg
I know there has to be an elegant solution -- something better than simply using an image file for the pdf. Is there?
I've added pdfs to websites for years and just can't figure out how it should be done using Generate Press, Generate Blocks.

I figured it out... have to create a button and remove the text. Took a long time to find that solution though. Thanks.
