I think I opened a blog page but.

I click on new and took me to title and it created a new page. But it is not in the blog page.
I looked at some videos for advice before doing this.

In addition there are no good videos that explain the process from start to finish clearly.

Hi there,
only Posts display in the blog, so go to Dashboard > Posts > Add New.
These sorts of things are part of WordPress, so common to all themes. Might be worth searching YouTube there are plenty of good tutorials for using WordPress.
