I click on new and took me to title and it created a new page. But it is not in the blog page.
I looked at some videos for advice before doing this.

Hi there,

only Posts display in the blog, so go to Dashboard > Posts > Add New.
These sorts of things are part of WordPress, so common to all themes. Might be worth searching YouTube there are plenty of good tutorials for using WordPress.
