Hello I would like to move the Title down so it’s right in the middle. But when I go to layout headers adjusting the bar doesn’t do anything for that. Please screenshot to see what I am looking to do. Hopefully this is possible?

It seems your last topic slipped from our system, truly sorry for that.
Just inspect your site, and seems you have an empety H1 heading and an empty paragraph block in the content area:

Can you try removing these 2 blocks?
