I need to click twice on mobile links

Hello,
My two sites whatvwant.com and blogvwant.com have the same issue.
I need to click twice on any link like internal links or external links or affiliate links or etc.,
I have checked the old support topic. I have disabled the load javascript deffered option in wp rocket. But still the issue persists.
Can you solve the issue.

I clicked some of the posts links/navigation links/social media links, and they all work fine with 1 click.
Is there any specific link I should be looking at?

Did you check on Android?
I am seeing this issue on iPhone.
I don't have an Android device, but tested it on iPhone, and it's working fine.
Have you cleared browser cache on your mobile devices?
I still get the issue. I am checking on Safari browser.
Did you check on Safari?
I checked on both Chrome and Safari.
