I Need Help To Get This Theme Style

Hello, Frankly I am newbie. I do not know how to explain clearly but I'll try to get help from here.
I want to have the same theme like this site "viramon,com", what should I do? How to get it?
Is anyone here can help me? I bought GP Premium a few months ago and I try myself to figure it out based on the some tutorial on Google, but then I give up. So, I decided to ask help here. Hopefully, you guys can help me or at least show me the right ways to achieve it or else give me the right tutorial. I am NEWBIE. Thanks
