Good morning, I renewed the license to upgrade GP Premium
Type: Plugin • Version: 1.7.8
When proceeding to the aztualizacion according to instructions I get the following error:
Unzipping ...
Installing the plugin ...
The folder already exists / var / www / clients / client2 / web53 / web / wp-content / plugins / gp-premium /
The installation of the plugin has failed.
I have to desistalar the generate press and re-activate it.
Hi there,
when renewing you don't need to re-install the plugin. Just leave your existing plugin in place, it will prompt you for an update if necessary.
