The problem I am having is making Google respect this in the SERPS. Is there an easy way to force google to crawl this value instead of the published value? That just shows me the markup that google sees. It shows: <meta property=”article:published_time” content=”2018-03-27T21:05:08+00:00″ /> <meta property=”article:modified_time” content=”2018-06-21T22:55:48+00:00″ /> I want the serp to show the modified time, not the published time. Is there an easy way to do this?
