[Support request] I have a page I want to display a specific category in 3 sections

WE are creating a directory of sorts. Is there a way with this theme to only display a certain blog category or tag? Trying to avoid more plugins and short code. That’s the whole point of who screaming fast this theme is – more css. But need to be able to dynamically display some post content. Page is in draft, we have just started this site.. We will have workshops, events, types of artists. All can be handled with categories and display options, but I’m not seeing how to request it in this theme, only overall blog.

A plugin like WP Show Posts is needed without a custom solution:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/

It’s made by Tom (GP’s creator) so it should have minimal impact on your site.
