I have 2 differing homepage views

when I view my homepage via appearance > customize, I can view my homepage in the format that I have set it up for, (ie, 2 column blog posts w/ a right sidebar).

However, when I view my homepage via the top menu bar type2diabetes411 > view Site, I have a different view...It is not populating w/ my blog posts at all... Here is the address of this page: http://type2diabetes411.com/home/
I have setting set to "Your homepage displays: Your latest posts"
Need some basic help...thanks!

If you want to select a specific home page, then you need to A static page option and select the home page.
