Are you sure de-activating all plugins doesn't change anything?

If so can you provide the login info with all plugins disabled?

I deleted the topic and uploaded it again from the web and also tried to make a child theme without success.

Your H1 font size is set to 0px, so you can't see the title. You can adjust this in Customize > Typography > Headings.
