I can't install Premium on WP 5.0

Hi.
I've downloaded and installed free version 2.2.1, and got the premium one later.
I'm following every step to get premium working, but I've got an issue everytime I try to: There're some CSS sheet left.
So I'd like to know how to fix that and have the whole thing.
