I can't download the GP Premium theme

Hi,

I'm Marc and I just purchased the GP Premium theme but I can't download it.

I tried to download it from different browsers. I also tried the link in the Member area as well as the link that I received in my mailbox, but I can't download the .zip neither.

If it helps, the name of the file is: gp-premium-1.7.3.zip

Could you help me, please?

Just to clarify, the links work but the download always fails.

I just tried it from another Mac and the same happens.

Finally I could solve it.

I tried to download it from a Windows and it worked perfectly.

For your information the problem ocurred when downloading from Chrome and Firefox on Mac.

Were you getting a specific error? We haven't noticed any issues download on Mac.
