[Support request] I can not login

Hi everybody
I have changed my location myself to anocher house/router and suddenly I can not loggin as admin in wordpress. I can see my beutiful site under construction but not make any design or anything. I have not uploaded my site yet, I am only working locally.
I have tried typing localhost/wordpress/admin and the front page for wordpress appears but when I write my username and password it never logs in.
I have been reading here and there and know what can I do next.
